From Bob to Sam.
Bob Crizer built across the Central Coast for more than forty years. Sam grew up on those job sites and watched the work ethic that still runs the company: figure it out, and get it done.
Sam studied economics at Occidental College, played football there, and came home to the business. He spent the next decade in every role on the crew: carpentry, drafting, estimating, and project management. When Bob stepped back, Sam took the lead.
Today the company is known for detailed, high-end work across San Luis Obispo County, and for a process clients can follow from the first meeting to the walkthrough.
